No it is not just a wall paper
my taskbar fades in when you mouseover, then fades out when you mouseout
winamp is transparent in the wallpaper if you don't see it... look harder!
my icons are customized also
all in all,. i own rob.

Also notable in mine:
-I have every shortcut I need mapped out on my keyboard. I don't use the start menu (even though I popped it up, so that the whole deal is shown, not just the wallpaper *cough*.
-Never, at any time, will an icon appear on the right of my taskbar.
-Winamp is also controlled through my keyboard, so it's not open, ever.
-Customized icons < no icons!

...and it took me a good couple hours finding all the programs I use and putting them onto keys / lists, so it counts!
