Okay.
So the reason I didnt have any money in my bank account wasn't because I didnt get my check but because the Hyatt hotel charged me 399.88 Saturday night.

The only thing I managed to buy Saturday night at the hotel was my drink which was $9.
Not only that but our hotel room was $299.88 not $399.88.

Someone is going to get some serious shit from me

o_O I assume you've called them already but you might want to get info from Kit to prove she paid (not like it wouldn't show up in their system but ya know) and keep that receipt they slipped under the door.

And I agree with you on all fronts. The con itself was a boring bust and the only fun I had was with friends. They'll have to really change things and go to a nicer hotel before I contemplate going back.

They found the records of Kit's transaction on the computer and said they would refund me the money by Tuesday. The girl was saying that maybe they were just charging in advance for the weekend just in case and would refund it after the hotel was paid, but then it still doesn't make any sense since that's still a hundred dollars over what it should be.

And I might not have had it in my account. And they should've said they were going to do that instead of telling me I would pay at checkout when I called BEFORE the con. Urgh.

Anyway, I agree. Although I dont think I'll go back if its a nicer hotel. They'll need a program update or something too. (at least all the anime was up to date i guess...)
