have you ever done spoken word- you know when you go to a coffee shop/club/whatever, and speak these free-written poems?

Nope, I haven't although it sure has crossed my mind. We have a poetry slam in town, as well as multiple open mic nights, which would be fun but mostly I'm just scared.
