I'm so sorry about this. There's just no excuse: when she married your dad, she married into the family (he married into hers, too; no sexism in this point) and should step up and act like a big girl by inviting you into the house along with "her people."

Fortunately, there are other kinds of family than blood. I consider you part of my "family by choice," for example, and I send you all my love and support.
