This is heart-warming and nostalgic! I love that detail you added about Jenny going to the fabric store just because she liked the fabric and not to sew -- really great human quirk. I also like how this is building. I already feel the dynamic between Jenny and David that'll lead to the future you mentioned in the opening of chapter 1.

It's cute and heart-warming indeed dear, it really breathes the '80's with your attention to detail. These people are much more sympathetic and easier to follow than your first story dear, and I can't wait to see which direction you're going to take them in. It's good!

Thanks dear, thanks. With this one I'm going more slowly with, just an installment a week or so. I want to get the tone right, and deliver something I can actually feel good about.
