Roller Coaster

So I find myself on the roller coaster and not the roller coaster  of love.  The roller coaster of blood sugar and being diabetic while being sick.  One minute, I'll check my sugar and I'll be low.  I'll eat something and the next high.  I much prefer where I just climb and climb and nothing I do can bring me down, including insulin.  At least that
