Drama Plot:

Haruta (Abe Sadao) is a lonely guy who doesn't want to be involved in others' businesses. Though he is thankful for Shin (Fujiki Naohito) "picking" him up again, he is still not ready to open up to anyone. Haruta is also living at the basement (or storage room) of Shin. Until one day, his ex-wife, Shizuka (formerly Keiko), came out of the scene and introduced herself as Shin's girlfriend. Both Haruta and Shizuka were surprised by the situation, thus acting that they had only met for the first time. Later, Miyako (Mizuhara Keiko) and Haruta encountered each other, and moments after, Miyako fell in love with Shin. These four people dealt with their own problems as the story unfolds.

Drama review:

This drama is somehow relaxing and is a feel good series. Although on the first few episodes, I cried a little as the problems are introduced for the first time. It is a weird and interesting plot as it is rare in a drama that you will find an ex-husband being happy for his ex-wife. And mind you, they didn't end up with each other (again). Phew. I thought that they would because in one episode it lead the viewers to believe that the pairings were Miyako x Shin and Haruta x Shizuka.

Oh, oh. And the reason that I started to watch this is because of Abe Sado, Fujiki Naohito, and Mizuhara Kiko. I'm sorry (the one playing) Shizuka. I really didn't know her from the start. Notice that until now I still don't know her real name and refers her as Shizuka. Haha. I have watched Abe Sadao in multiple films (Apology King, Ooku, etc.). Though I am not a fan of him, he is somehow referred as a great actor, so I still gave it a shot. Fujiki Naohito is kind of the main reason why I watched this. Haha. Have seen him in Hana Yori Dango 1996 and 2008 films, Hotaru no Hikari, Last Cinderella, Nobunaga Concerto, etc. My impression of Kiko is quite bad because of her role Shitsuren Chocolatier (which I dropped after watching 2 episodes). But I knew that she has a carefree side, and she only chose a bad role so, I still gave the drama a shot.

The chemistry between them is quite good. The four mix together pretty well. I had a good laugh and it was a fun, fun drama.
