Okay, I never know what to say here. I keep thinking 'why would anyone want to read my LJ, I have nothing interesting to say and I can't write fics' so it's easy to talk myself out of updating my journal. :p Oh hell, here goes

I want the sun! Give me the sun!!! I'm sitting here all rugged up and freezing my ass off at the moment. Its so cold and windy and cold and I want summer badly. Did I mention the part about me wanting sun? *mopes like an Aussie in winter*

I hope you have a great time, don't get sunburnt cos that hurts and don't do anything I wouldn't do.

Oh and you should always update your LJ, its your LJ therefore you get to write about whatever you please. If you write about how many scales your pet fish has I will read it.

Hey! Glad to hear from you! And yes, it's been a while and no, there is never enough time. I have had a few things going on: MiL was suddenly very ill and has passed away; taking care of her business; nephew got married, tho I didn't have to do much for it; and had surgery on both eyes. So that stuff plus the regular everyday stuff I do for my parents who live in an assisted living facility is all I'm doing lately. For sure not interesting. ooooh, but I am looking forward to reading your newest chapter of Ad Astra Per Aspera! I need a good fic! Thanks!

Sorry to hear you had such bad news. And with all the other stuff going on too it hasn't been a happy time for you, sweetheart. Glad you're sharing what is happening to you, good or bad, because it's a part of your life so even if you think it isn't interesting, people will still take an interest. Does that make sense? Hope so. Anyway, hope your eyes are good now and your parents are okay. You're obviously a good and caring daughter!

Arrgh! Ad Astra....!! I'm struggling! I only ever seem to get the odd half an hour at it cuz I spend a lot of time doing beta's now, and that 30 minutes just doesn't cut it! It's hard to get into it. But now I have three of you doing your best to encourage me so I have to do something!

Glad to have this opportunity to catch up on what you're doing anyway. When you have time I'm here to listen (read!) if you need someone to share your troubles or triumphs with.
