Well, I'm glad to say that I am now back on a normal sleeping schedule. Was up at 7 this morning, and though I took a nap in the middle of the day, I can see myself getting to sleep at a reasonable time tonight. Also, eating went very well today. Had breakfast. That is really a plus. I can't remember the last time I did that. Kinda slept

I really want this "Yourself! fitness" program that i think has all different kinds of work outs including pilates :P
