Well, I'm glad to say that I am now back on a normal sleeping schedule. Was up at 7 this morning, and though I took a nap in the middle of the day, I can see myself getting to sleep at a reasonable time tonight. Also, eating went very well today. Had breakfast. That is really a plus. I can't remember the last time I did that. Kinda slept ( Read more... )

That DVD sounds cool, I might have to pick it up when I get bored with my Crunch Pilates. I really like it, but it's only 40 mins so I'm scared I will get tired of it quickly.

Yep! I worry about that too. Seems I'm getting tired of the crosstrainer that I do all the time so I'm going to start mixing it up with the treadmill and the pilates dvd a lot more too. It's a good dvd and the workouts differ in a lot besides the length, so yeah, I encourage you to try it out!

I wanted to try pilates but I'm not sure if they'd be too difficult? Or do you need certain equipment?

I really want this "Yourself! fitness" program that i think has all different kinds of work outs including pilates :P

Well, the pilates dvd I have doesn't require any equipment, though I have heard of the machines. I'm not really sure how they work into it. The beginners pilates I've seen doesn't seem that hard at all actually! You do most of the stuff lying down in the beginning so you don't really have to worry about balance, and the things lying down where you'd have to worry about balance you learn later as you get better at it. I think it's a pretty good form of exercise. And it's kinda fun too holding your body in these graceful forms. It makes me feel sleek and long and that's hard to do for a person who's 5'1 and pudgy! Try it out! I've wanted to do that Yourself! fitness program too, alas no Xbox in the forseeable future.... and I wanted DDR too. Tsk! :)
