you are fun, random, and an altogether awesome person. the only thing i don't like about you is your taste in guys, because you don't have it. you're a very strong person and your core character doesn't change; i admire that and i always have. did you know last year some time i had a bit of a crush on you?
Too many things were left unsaid when I first bothered bringing this up. This'll really suck.
The "little while" I thought I would ask you out was actually a long while. At first, I figured that I might get something out of it if you were going to use me like a boyfriend without any of the benefits. I was dumb and thought that if I asked you out I could look myself in the mirror and justify why I was so eager to hang out all the time. That seemed too dramatically unlike me, to date someone out of spite, so I tried denying it and dismissed what I thought I felt as nothing but me being weird. I was hooked on how unattainable you were. I tried and I tried, but I couldn't seem to bring myself to ever ask, even when everything was as perfect as it could have been
