7 Quirks MEME
Erm... I was tagged by a certain Val around the neighbourhood. (^___-;)
I just took a shower and decided I felt refreshed enough to do this. XD
A. List seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself.
B. Tag seven people to do them.
C. Do not tag the person who tagged you or say that you tag, "whoever wants to do it."
1) My first ambition as a child was to be an astronaut. I could read books related to astronomy for hours as a kid even if I couldn't understand all the content. Then I found out at the age of 10 that it will cost a fortune to be educated overseas if I were to pursue this dream of mine and I gave it up. (;___;)
2) The first thing I do when I leave my workplace in the evenings is to look out for the stars in the sky. It makes me happy just to be able to see them twinkling in the clear night sky. They remind me about the vastness of the universe and how insignificant we really are compared to the infinite. I really do believe that there is life that exists out there. Otherwise, it'll be such a lonely existence for us mere earthlings.
3) I love to give hugs and to receive them. (^^)
4) I have the urge to correct spelling and grammar mistakes with a RED pen whenever I come across them, be it on notices, signs or even the newspapers. It's an occupational hazard. Unfortunately, it does not make me immune from making the occasional mistakes myself. (-_-;)>
5) Anything that is lavender scented gives me a terrible headache and makes me want to puke... XP
6) As a teenager, I did not have any skirts or dresses in my wardrobe except for my school uniforms. I was a tomboy through and through. So I guess it was no wonder that I was nearly chased out of the Ladies at least twice during that time! XD The janitors told me very sternly that I should be in the Gents and they stared in disbelief even after my mum told them I am a GIRL. No doubt my hair was really short at that time but couldn't they see that I was pretty well-endowed even back then???
7) For the past twenty-odd years, I have always thought I was a single eye-lid girl. Recently, my double eyelid folds appeared! Seems like the fat around my eye area has started to decrease and revealed the folds that had been there all along... Should I be happy that I have got double eyelids or sad that I am aging?! (;___;)
I am not sure if I should tag anyone at all... I think most of my friends would have done this already. (^__-;)
