Why: There are rituals to be done.
[Arthur is sat on the grass surrounded by all kinds of sticks and sheafs, looking terribly concentrated on making something that looks something like this. He would be making them in his room, but he'd rather not have to tidy up the little bits of corn scattered all over the place. It's a bother, but they've got to be made. How else is he going to keep out bad spirits during the winter?]
