Grrr...
I wanted to have the same Japanese instructor I've had for the last four years, and built my class schedule around her course time. I got an automated e-mail today saying that some scheduling changes have happened for the 500 level Japanese courses. My favorite instructor changed her time slot. ;Д; I have no idea who the teacher I have now is. >_<;;
I did get a personal e-mail from the instructor I was originally wanting apologizing and saying that I had better visit her during her office hours if I couldn't switch times to take her class. XD Sadly, I can't change my schedule since I have another course during her new time, and it's too late to try and move my schedule around since most classes are full. :(
On an unrelated topic... I can't say that I'm a fan of YesAsia. I always use CDJapan (I know a lot of people don't tend to like their customer service, but I've only ever had great experiences with it :/). I used YesAsia for the first time to order a few mags and even though it was a bit less, it was just a pain. For some reason they said they were unable to charge my card, no idea what was going on there but ok. In the e-mail they mentioned PayPal as a method to send the payment, I responded asking what the recipient e-mail address was that they wanted it to go to. I went to work and came home to 3 messages from them. The first was a response with what their PayPal information was. Second stated that the payment needed to be paid in 3 days or they'd cancel my order. Third that my order had been cancelled. o.O I do not believe I worked for 3 days straight. XD The third e-mail did say that if the payment was made they'd reinstate my order, so I went ahead and sent the payment. Hopefully they'll get it straightened out. >_>
On an unrelated topic, part II... I should take my grandmother grocery shopping with me more often. The original total was $103, after her crazy-old-lady coupon rampage and store discount it was $62. @_@b
