Yup Countrycide = a happy family full of murderers. It talks about it on the DVD commentary iirc. No idea how you're watching, but I think the gist was that they were exploring that it's not just aliens who can do super depraved things like that, humans can too.
I'm not really in the fandom tbh, so no idea about the slut-shaming. But totally yes on the everyone is bi. Little band of happy alien crime-fighting queer folk. Mostly happy. Mostly fighting aliens.
I loved that they brought Susie back for that ep. The Ianto and the dry wit thing with the glove was my thought as to why that came up like that.
And yes Jack and Ianto is definitely a thing at that point and Ianto is fond of the stopwatch, but he's fond of other things too, thankfully. :)
Because I am forevvvvvvvvver bitter about Jesse being Xander and Willow's best friend for like 15 years, and then never being mentioned ever again, not once.
OMG, I saw these episodes only once, at the very beginning, but now that you mention it, I remember about him, and wow, was that Eric Balfour? I never realised that when I watched Haven. Memory is a strange thing.
