Huckabee announced he is not running for Pres

 That's excellent news politically, as he was the only GOP hopeful who scared me.  He is Jerry Falwell/Pat Robertson scary in his beliefs, but scarier is his ability to appear normal.  Plenty of others (like Palin) are at least as scary in terms of their positions, but (like Palin) are most likely to take their party down in defeat.

I figured he would run. This would seem to be an election in which every conservative Republican thinks the tea party will carry her/him to victory, and Huckabee is definitely conservative enough. But hey, I'm not complaining either.
