September resolutions need a little revision and rethinking

The first (revised) is true. I also have trouble treating people how they want to be treated because, as Lee would say, I have the empathy of a small child who has not yet learned that others are separate from myself. (To Lee: I still try to differentiate! It doesn't always work.)
