VeriSign would never do such a thing, obviously America's semi public corperations are more supportive of free speach than Austrellia's semi public corperations.

It's all relative. You're right though, the legal system is legendary (in a bad way), why do you think 0.4% of the population are lawyers?
Also law enforcement has a reputation for violence (compared to the other developed countries) and there are guns everywhere.
