Have you ever read Women Who Run with the Wolves? Carla Pinkola Estes, the author, is an expert on world mythologies, and she deftly paints the picture of the Hag, the Crone, the Bones and the deep mysticism of the deep and dark places in the Earth that describe the shadow side of being incarnate, the things that in the West are preferred to be unspoken, ignored, hidden.
I'm looking to find the Wildish name for this festival. You know what I look like in that space... :)

The possum is searching through the Japanese language, and I'm hoping that we'll find someone familiar with Latina languages who can point us toward something. My other idea was that, if such a word or phrase currently doesn't exist, then it needs to be created, much like 'google' has come to have meaning, or 'cyberspace'. Our culture is evolving so it makes sense that there are aspects of experience and awareness that currently lacks descriptive language.
Perhaps the idea now is to discover what those words or the phrase is. :)
