Sci-Fi Book List

This looked like fun, but it has reminded me of several areas in which I have been slack. Here's a list of the top 50 Sci-Fi/Fantasy books. I was supposed to boldface the ones I read, italicize the ones I started and never finished, strikethrough the ones I hated, and star the ones I loved. ahh. i still have the paperback out from the library :p i want to finish it, i just can't seem to care what happens to the characters next :p

Stranger in a Strange land is one of my all time favorite books.

From that list I can recommend both Gateway and Snow Crash.

Don't let the beginning throw you on Snow Crash. It's a fantastic book.

Sturgeon or I Am Legend. It's a tie. After that? Deathbird. Hell, just get a copy of The Essential Ellison, and read a story a day.
