*Raises eyebrow* I take it you're "remembering" it as part of some other work? If so, I can't think where you might be thinking of - this is not one of his more popular works in today's societies. The sentiments expressed run directly counter to those of "modern" society... which is, of course, precisely what is being commented upon.

It tends to be included in several different sorts of collections of his work - it wasn't really written as part of any of his collections, but thematically, it is akin to many of his other works. You may have seen it in one of those.
