Haven't had as good a New Year's as this in a long time. Actually got on the dance floor, and the usual TribeCon festivities seemed a little more manageable because attendance was down and there weren't as many peripheral people I didn't know well, which let me forget about the awkward social aspects and just chill out. Happy New Year! We had a fun night too- TWO parties, though both with the kids in tow. I felt very social :)

Not really related to New Year's, but I have a question and wasn't sure the old email I have for you still works.

We're thinking about coming out to your area June 26 to July 4, just K and I, leaving E with grandma. Do you know if you'll be around then? We wouldn't need to stay with you, but I'd definitely want to see you - we'll probably tool around the area, do some camping and drive around in a 150-mile radius for part of the week, but spending a day or two with you and R and the kids would be excellent.

Let me know what you think - seats are going quick! And obviously, no worries if it's way too early to be thinking about that stuff.

If you have a comcast e-mail for me, it's the same. Send me an e-mail- I'm not sure I have the right one for you either. Or if I sent your Christmas card to the right address...

We will be here- R's folks are usually in town around then, but they stay with Gary :) You would be welcome to stay with us- that would be fun! Maybe we can even join in on a nearby hiking trip or something.
