You know what I fucking hate?  When I close the only window an app has I want it to fucking close.  If I close the buddy list on pidgin then I expect the app to terminate.  If I close the ONLY FREAKING WINDOW OPEN in transmission then I expect it to FUCKING CLOSE.  None of this 'oh my app is so fucking important that it deserves a goddamn tray icon

I know it is a Mac/Everything Else divide thing, but I like having Safari and Terminal open with no windows showing, so that I can quickly switch to them and open a new window with no launch delay. But then they don't hide in your tray being useless, they just sit in the dock as they're supposed to. Seriously? NVidia thinks they're so important that you can't just use the built-in Windows screen resolution control panel? Cause what, we're all constantly changing our screen resolutions every hour of every day?
