We went to the Florida Keys, where my mother and her siblings own a trailer on Big Pine. Big Pine key is the largest key. I had been feeling trapped and decided to rent a bike to get away

On an unrelated and less squee-y note: sorry to hear that the bonding didn't go so well. :( But taking bike trips to get some calm is a good idea, I did the same the last time I was on a family holiday that wasn't as relaxing as it ought to have been.
