I must admit that I think we need to purchase some type of balm for your muscles--such as Tiger balm--so that we can loosen up your muscles on the nights when you don't have lessons and on the nights you do so that you can continue to motivate.
I think you will be proud of the things that this will do for you.

Regarding sticking with it, my plate is going to be very full this fall. I fear that I won't be able to handle the workload. Exercise is vital to my health, so I don't think I can ditch Aikido. I think pre-studying chemistry this summer is necessary for my success.

Ninja? LOL! A *fat*, *sore* ninja in training, perhaps. (I'm not sure Aikido is much of an assassin's skill, though.)
