That sounds awesome :O I tried baking in the past but I kinda fail at it. This however, sounds more like cooking except you end up with sweets! I'll give it a go soon.
I am making for lunch today, mini pita pizzas. They're probably not my favourite thing to cook (my fave being roast, which I had last night), but they're quick and yummy.
Take a piece of pita bread. Smear with some tomato paste (about 2 tbsp, but you can be pretty rough with everything). Add 1/4 chopped capsicum, 20g chopped pineapple, 2 chopped spring onions, 25g of meat (I use ham, but you could go with turkey breast or roast chicken or whatever you like really) and top with grated cheese.
Bake in oven at 200c for 10-15 minutes, or until pita is crisp and cheese is melted with a golden tinge.
Eat the yummy (and still low-cal) snack and ignore all pleas from your dog to share.
