☆ ~ Anise's Mystery Diary ~ ☆
Mystery 1 ☆ Jack And Jill
These two would sometimes talk to us over the radios and give us hints about where to find useful items in the institute. Jack's real name is supposed to be 'Alec Doyle,' and it sounds like he has some special connection to the Head Doctor. But the Head Doctor killed him, so maybe we'll never know what happened.
Jill took over the radio after that, but she's really suspicious. When I tried to follow her radio clues, one was a dead end and one was a trap. We didn't find anything valuable.
I'm not sure Jack was all that trustworthy, either. I was told that he was telling people something like 'the basement is the way out,' but I even went there and...
☆New Info: It sounds like there's another person on the radio now. I don't carry a radio, so I haven't heard much about him. I wonder if he's deceiving us, too...
☆New Info: I heard him talking, but he didn't really tell us much. I guess he was going to spend the night investigating the "Eagle"... whatever that is.
☆New Info: Ugh! Now he's teamed up with the Head Doctor. I knew there was something suspicious about his group! I don't trust him at all, but I really need to get to the bottom of this.
Mystery 2 ☆ The Third Floor
There's got to be one, right? You can see it from outside. Some people who were taken for Special Counseling said they thought they were taken up to the third floor. I bet there are all kinds of secrets there! But no one's found an entrance yet.
Mystery 3 ☆ Doyleton
This isn't even a real town, is it? The townspeople all turned into monsters...
☆New Info: The next day we went, the town was in bad shape, and the people were kind of cold. Aren't most things usually fixed by the morning?
☆New Info: Some of the doctors stay here when they're not working. Did they ever see those monsters before...?
Mystery 4 ☆ Landel's Staff
Do they know what's going on here? Iris said something about the doctors here being brainwashed. So are they just victims like the rest of us? Then what about the nurses? I saw them turn into monsters. Are they monsters that pretend to be people, or are they people who had something horrible done to them?
Mystery 5 ☆ The Ruins
There's a ruined town just a bit east of the institute. Most of the buildings look all smashed up, like from a big earthquake or something. The people I went there with thought maybe a bomb could do something like that, but what kind of bomb would that be? It's scary to even think about a weapon like that existing.
☆New Info: We found the townspeople. They were just a bunch of skeletons, all huddled together in a church. What could have happened to them? Someone wrote "you will both burn" on the wall... I have a guess about who they mean, but there's no way to know for sure.
☆New Info: The money in the church is from the 1920s. It's supposed to be the early 2000s now. That helps narrow down how old the ruins are.
☆New Info: We found a store with lots of money! The years on the money were around the same as the ones in the church. Pretty much everything else in the store was broken or rotten or covered in debris, though, so there wasn't much else that looked useful.
Mystery 6 ☆ How Did We Get Here?
No one remembers getting here. Did they mess with our memories or something? Maybe if one of us could remember our first arrival, we'd learn something really important - something they don't want us to remember. Maybe it could be the key to getting home.
Mystery 7 ☆ The Same Voice?
I met a girl today who had the same voice as Sync, even though she didn't look anything like him. A few weeks ago, I met someone else who sounded a lot like Luke when he talked. Both of them had red tattoos. This can't just be a weird coincidence, can it?
Mystery 8 ☆ Aidou
This guy's totally handsome (and rich♥) but he's kind of weird, too. He was really nice at first, but lately he's been kind of cold. On top of that, he moves fast for a noble who probably doesn't get out much. And the other day, he told me he was going outside through the field, when he was actually going south of the patient blocks. That's really suspicious, right? Why would he lie about that?
☆New Info: He said he was going to meet someone that night, but then he changed his mind. That's not too suspicious by itself, but... how come he's always acting so secretive, then?
☆New Info: Aidou wants to go to the basement. That idiot, he's Whatever happens, he can't say I didn't warn him!!
Mystery 9 ☆ The Basement
I can't write a lot of details about this place, but I'll probably never forget what happened. What was that all about? I still don't get it...
☆New Info: Someone else went through what we did the next night. I wonder who?
☆New Info: The Head Doctor said something about another set of doors in the basement... He said it was a "gift" for people who finished the other parts. I don't like the sound of it... but I think we need to find out what it is.
Mystery 10 ☆ Dahlia
What did she gain from helping Sync? I don't buy her "I'm a victim too" excuse.
Mystery 11 ☆ Baticul?
Was that really Baticul we saw that night? We couldn't touch anything, and no one in the city could see or hear us, so maybe it was just an illusion...
Mystery 12 ☆ Fonons on Earth
Ilia said Earth has fonons (or something like them), too. It sounds like they're different from the ones we have on Auldrant, but... I wonder if there's some way to use them?
Mystery 13 ☆ The Quarry
I heard there's a quarry north of the institute. I wonder if there's anything interesting there?
Mystery 14 ☆ The Eagle
The Head Doctor said "the Eagle" is coming... What could that be?
☆New Info: I guess his name's Aguilar, and he's a general with some military group. They took over the institute, and even threw the Head Doctor out... now everything's a mess.
