Galdor: *goes to Noro's room, knocking on the door softly* Norolinde?
Norolinde: ::pads softly against the floor of her room and opens the door:: Yes?
Galdor: Hi... I wanted to see if you were all right....
Norolinde: How come?
Galdor: I haven't seen you lately... I was worried. Are you all right?
Norolinde: . . . sure, I guess.
Galdor: ...What's wrong?
Norolinde: Is there something wrong?
Galdor: "I guess"... and you hesitated for that, too...
Norolinde: Maybe I'm tired. ::smiles at him::
Galdor: *worries* Have you been sleeping regularly?
Norolinde: Probably. I don't really recall when I'm asleep.
Galdor: If you're tired now... I'm sorry, did I wake you? o.o
Norolinde: Don't remember. ::grins:: Do I look like I was asleep?
Galdor: Not.... really.... *frowns* Perhaps you should get some rest. I can come back in the morning....
Norolinde: When is it now? ::peeks out into the hallway::
Galdor: Around eight in the evening, though it is now dark at all times.
Norolinde: Oh. ::ponders:: You've eaten?
Galdor: ....*nods*
Norolinde: . . . oh, okay. ::frowns at him:: Want to come in?
Galdor: *hesitates* I'm not interrupting anything?
Norolinde: ::raises an eyebrow:: Like what? I'm not exactly popular, sweetie.
Galdor: *enters slowly* How have you been?
Norolinde: Okay. You? ::offers him a seat on the bed:: Sorry, it's all I've got.
Galdor: *shakes his head and sits on the edge* That's fine. I've been all right. *waits for her to sit also, still worried about her*
Norolinde: ::stands in front of him, grinning cheerily::
Galdor: Will you sit also?
Norolinde: Oh, sure! ::sits cross-legged on the floor and looks up at him::
Galdor: *watches her* Not on the floor, Noro. *takes her arm and gently pulls her up*
Norolinde: ::blinks:: Ow.
Galdor: *frowns and lets go of her arm, making sure she's steady* I'm sorry.
Norolinde: ::stares at her arm and rubs it:: It's okay.
Galdor: *picks her up gently and puts her on the bed* You should be comfortable...
Norolinde: ::eyes him:: What's up?
Galdor: Nothing. I just think you should be comfortable. As always...
Norolinde: Oh. ::frowns at him::
Galdor: *sits beside her* Is something wrong?
Norolinde: You're being nice.
Galdor: ....I shouldn't be?
Norolinde: It's sorta weird.
Norolinde: . . . this is because we had sex, isn't it.
Galdor: No. I wasn't nice before?
Norolinde: Well, you were, but now you're like . . . concerned.
Galdor: I've always been concerned. I suppose I'm just showing it more....
Norolinde: How come?
Galdor: I'm not sure. *slight frown* If it bothers you, I can try to stop showing it openly....
Norolinde: ::nods solemnly:: It's the sex.
Galdor: *sighs quietly* If you insist.
Norolinde: And now you feel all protective. It's sorta natural.
Galdor: What would you like me to do?
Norolinde: There are some ladies-about-town if you've got urges . . .
Galdor: ....*stiffens* I was not referring to that.
Norolinde: Oh. Oopsie.
Galdor: About being concered for you. Would you prefer I hide it like I have been?
Norolinde: . . . but why are you worried? ::confused::
Galdor: I've always been worried, Noro.
Norolinde: But you . . . ::looks at him, utterly lost::
Galdor: I what?
Norolinde: . . . I'm sorry I made you have sex with me.
Galdor: That was both our doings, and I'm sorry if you regret it.
Norolinde: ::under her breath:: You're gonna! ::louder:: I asked you to.
Galdor: I didn't have to agree.
Norolinde: Well . . . men are sorta . . . helpless when it comes to that. No restraint and stuff. Understandable.
Galdor: *splutters* *clears his throat* Well. Back to my question... what would you prefer I do?
Norolinde: Get married. Have some babies. Be happy.
Galdor: *looks at the floor*
Norolinde: What? ::frowns and touches his chin::
Galdor: *takes a deep breath and smiles at her* Nothing, Norolinde. I'll just... leave you to rest now...
Norolinde: Yeaaaaaah right no you don't. ::grabs his wrist::
Galdor: *looks at her, eyebrow slightly raised* Yes?
Norolinde: Don't think I don't know you, Galdor.
Galdor: What do you want me to do, Noro? I can't just go find another family to make my own!
Norolinde: ::slightly taken aback:: How come?
Galdor: *sighs and controls his emotions* *softly* Because you are my family.
Norolinde: ::sadly:: But . . .
Galdor: *shakes his head* I know you don't want me. I understand that. But I can't stop caring, Noro.
Norolinde: . . . ::gathers up her skirts and flees from the room::
Galdor: *wide-eyed, watches her go, and a moment later, chases after* Noro!
Norolinde: ::runs pell-mell through the hallways, hearing his call but not slowing::
Galdor: *catches up with her and calls again* Noro, please....
Norolinde: Go away. ;_;
Galdor: *stops and closes his eyes* ....as you wish, my lady... *frowns*
Norolinde: ::cries out slightly as she leans her head on the wall::
Galdor: *breathes deeply and waits for her to tell him to leave her alone*
Norolinde: ::softly, brokenly:: You yelled at me. ::whimpers as she sinks to the floor::
Galdor: *winces, eyes still closed, quietly* I'm sorry... I lost control for a moment... I just... *sighs and shakes his head*
Norolinde: ::runs her fingers over the rough edge of the wall, crying quietly to herself::
Galdor: *clenches a hand into a fist and hits his forehead, then opens his eyes and looks at her gently* Noro, I'm so sorry...
Norolinde: ::shivers and turns her face away::
Galdor: *frowns and slides to the floor, against the opposite wall, and holds his head in his hands*
Norolinde: ::pulls herself up and tries to run again, tears blinding her vision::
Galdor: *follows her with his eyes, afraid he'll hurt her again*
Norolinde: ::runs smack into a table:: o.o
Galdor: o.o *rushes to her side and holds his arms out to catch her if needed* Are you all right?
Norolinde: ::small voice:: Ow?
Galdor: *lifts her up gently and takes back to her room, putting her on the bed*
Norolinde: I'm not bleeding, am I?
Galdor: *inspects her dress* No, it doesn't look like it... *presses her stomach very gently* Does that hurt?
Norolinde: ::sucks in her breath::
Galdor: Maybe we should take you to the healers... *frowns and touches her stomach again, watching his fingers* Noro... have you been putting on weight?
Norolinde: . . . no?
Galdor: You're not... o.o Perhaps going to see the healers would be a good idea now...
Norolinde: ::nervously:: How come?
Galdor: Hmm? Oh, because you ran into a table and may have hurt your stomach...
Norolinde: I'm fine!
Galdor: I'd rather be safe, Noro...
Norolinde: . . . am I fat?
Galdor: No. *helps her sit up*
Norolinde: . . . yeah, I have been putting on weight.
Galdor: I'd still feel better if a healer checked to make sure you didn't bruise anything...
Norolinde: I'll look! ::peeks down her dress:: Fine!
Galdor: *softly* Please, Noro?
Norolinde: . . . you want to look?
Galdor: I am no healer...
Norolinde: You can see if there's a bruise. I don't mind you looking.
Galdor: *lifts her dress and looks at her stomach, inspecting and touching to see if she winces, and noticing the slight bulge of her stomach* *frowns and pulls her dress back down* Well, no bruises that I can see... Does it hurt?
Norolinde: Not really? ::attempts a cheerful grin::
Galdor: *notices* Tell me truthfully, Noro.
Norolinde: No. I must just be bloated?
Galdor: I suppose... *frowns* Lie down and try to rest. Do you need anything?
Norolinde: Um, no, thank you?
Galdor: *still frowning, nods* All right. *sighs and runs a hand through his hair* Then.... I'll leave you to rest...
Norolinde: . . . okay . . . ::lies back and sighs, curling::
Galdor: *tucks her in and resists the urge to kiss her*
Norolinde: . . . ::sighs again and shuts her eyes:: Thanks.
Galdor: *slight nod* Of course, Noro. *steps outside of the room, closing the door behind him, then sits on the floor next to the door*
