Ah, bless you, Gal! I'm happy for you, and your daughter. You all deserve wonderful things to happen to you! Well done with all your hard work and course-completion, and carrying on, and organising, and much to look forward to! Fingers crossed for your grant!

Hi Gal - totally zapped this evening! Hopefully will get up the oomph to post in lj this weekend. Lately all I've had the mental wherewithal for is facbook. Bad, I know. :-) In short, job situation stressful in the extreme as due to the current restructuring, 9 of us at my (librarian) level will have to interview for 3 jobs, the 3rd week in March. I'm having all sorts of sleepless nights and there's still 7 weeks to go till the interview! I'm horrible at interviews! Plus I'm interviewing against people who are either good friends or at least people I've worked closely with for 7 years, and now we're all in competition. That's truly the worst thing.

German is going sehr gut, danke! :-) Scarf for my dad was a victim of my job interview angst. One evening I tried to calm myself by knitting, but then made a stupid simple mistake, couldn't fix it, and had to undo the whole thing. I've cast on to begin again, but haven't had the oomph yet. I will, though.

**hugs**
