I am so very sad to hear of Cory Monteith passing away and my thoughts go out to his loved ones, the GLEE family and all the fans. He was truly a remarkable actor, singer and dancer (never understood why people said he couldn't dance). I can't believe it, I just can't believe it. I mean I've watched Glee (and Cory) since the first episode of Glee, he's been grown before my eyes, like his character or not, I felt that he was so close to me. I just can't believe it. OMG, Hollywood these days *weeps*

I have no word. My heart ached for his family, his Glee-family, especially Lea. Aww.....

I know, I couldn't believe it either. I think I felt about the same shock when Heath Ledger died, but this loss is much different. Glee and the fans, it may be a big show but its an intimate fanbase I've compared with the QAF family because of the issues explored and how tightly knit the actors are and the voice they give to so many 'losers ( ... )

I kind of disagreed with Glee as well as Finn lately but Cory in my eyes always had such shiny personality, I could 't forget his sweet smile, I was like, he was just a sweet kid, what the hell????

I was never a fan of Glee... but to lose anyone so young is just horrible. I know his cast-mates as well as his legions of fans must be devastated. So sad...

I am a HUGE fan of Glee as are my boys, this is just heartbreaking.

So tragic and heart-breaking. His loss is going to be felt for a long time to come.

Yeah, I'm just crying for Lea. What a devastating blow to have to deal with. Not fair.

I don't know how the show can even carry on without him. It's gonna be tough.

I know. Being a girlfriend of someone who has died.... terrible, but then add to thier connection being this television series that is HUGE, I just I don't think she or any of the other cast mates are going to be able to continue forward. As fans I hope maybe our love will help with that if possible.

This is just an incredibly shocking tragedy. I haven't been an avid Glee watcher recently but I always liked Finn and Corey seemed to be a lovely, decent man. It's so sad to know he died while he still had such a bright, successful future to look forward to. My prayers go out to his family, Lea and all of his fans.
