Great story and great progression. I always think everyone would be quite messed up after the war and seeing it manifest in different ways for different people was perfect. Having both of them messed up and unable to relate for so long was hard and sad and perfect. Poor Hermione and poor boys.
I loved the cloakroom scene.

Thank you! I wanted the war to be an issue, as I think that a bunch of kids who have been focused on struggling against evil might feel a little, I dunno, hollowed-out when all was said and done. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

My sister had her upper two wisdom teeth out today. She's never had any kind of dental work done, so she was nervous and wanted me and dad to come see her at her house. So I was reading this and couldn't stop and didn't want to even though it was getting later and later... so I read on a little further and decided I could just shower really quickly and leave my hair wet, but then I was thinking 'I can't leave the house with wet hair, it's too cold out'... which is stupid 'cause it's August and I live in the south, but it just goes to show you how well written this was and how well it pulled me in and wouldn't let me go, because I was reading the scene where Harry and Ron were at the Quidditch match and it was cold and windy.

So, in other words, congratulations on an amazing story and thanks for sharing it, it was lovely and I adored every letter of it. :D

I haven't read a good fanfic in... years. This was probably one of the best I've read in a very, very ong time.

I enjoyed it a lot and I loved how you made this amazing emotional struggle for Ron; it wasn't just hot, steamy man-sex. lol

oh gosh, you make me blush. i tried to depict the emotional struggle as realistically as possible (given that i'm a chick and straight). it's a huge compliment that you liked all the internal conflict. i worried that it was overdone.
