Day 15 → A fanfic
So I'm a fan of tragic stories: lots of wanting and misunderstanding with or without a happy ending.
With that warning in mind, first fanfic that I thought of is a Remus/Sirius fic from way back when.

Hello guilty pleasure fic! Basically Sirius as a repressed prat and Remus trying very hard to get beyond that. What did it in for me in this fic are the scenes when Sirius is so close to Remus and clearly wants something more meaningful, but he just falls short of achieving that. One of those "you want to clock them over the head for being so thick" type things that reminds us that sometimes the only obstacles are those of our own creation.

Those who have seen the season 4 episode of "Doctor Who" when they meet Agatha Christie may remember a certain pair of doomed lovers. This is dawnbirds's interpretation of their story before the Doctor and Donna visit. It's a WIP with fairly slow updates (because it's long!), but I love the atmosphere.
