Myspace has been good to me the last month while looking to friends. People are so easy to find and communicate, I couldn't do any better with google or friendster, I don't think.

Friendster was nice but way buggy... i never got into myspace before because i didnt get it, it had too much crap going on with it and an overwhelming number of ads... friendster is becoming like that now too tho... grrrr... but i hate myspace because people can customize it too much, those stupid pages with like 30 music videos and little dancing crap in the background, or the best when they decide to make a dark background and put dark text over it... i mean come on do you think i waste my time trying to read that crap???? ugh... i have some plug ins for fire fox that strip all the stupid crap outta peoples pages so i can just look at the text and pics rather then dancing bears and music videos... i say we bring back friendster, it was cool one day, why not again?

Kids nationwide have been going apeshit for myspace for quite some time. The pandemic hit Mitty last year, and eventually the library had to add myspace to the list of restricted websites. The website introduced "emo" at its most accessable level, and now "emo" is the new "prep princess". Talk about fun.

Myspace is a funny thing. I've gotten a break up through it, AND an internet date out of it. The funny thing is, I've probably met more friends through lj than myspace.
