No, actually not. It was more of a 'this country is going socialist' thing... it was pretty hilarious.

Every time I hear Sarah Palin talking about this not being the time to "experiment with socialism" I get an image of some high school kid trying to snort some high-grade socialism through a $700,000,000,000 bill.
