I still haven't found my original tablet pen, so I went out during Boxing Week and got a 4x5 Graphire3 because it was on sale for $79. I now have two 4x5 tablets with one pen between them. But it still bugs me that I can't find the other pen ( Read more... )

hmmm just wondering why you didn't just purchase a new pen instead of getting a new tablet outright

Because a new pen, on the Wacom website, is $50 USD. Then shipping.
I might as well buy the new tablet, for the same price, and not have to wait for it to ship. That, and if I ordered through any store, I would also have to wait a week or more -- and I needed the user of the tablet immediately.

hahaha.. I'm already on linkedin! It's quite interesting, rather like friendster, I imagine.

If you want more brush-like strokes, you may want to attempt using flash. I dunno if newer versions of illustrator do this now, or I never found the option, but flash has a nice brush stroke, all vector.

That's what I'm thinkin', but I'm wary none-the-less XD;

If you are talking about Adobe Illustrator, Adobe themselves have a disturbingly large amount of free material for their products up on their site.

I haven't used the illustrator stuff personally, but the photoshop stuff was quite solid.
