aaah it's ok! (well, i say it's ok...) i was really surprised and happy to receive this comment, actually. because JHGDFJKG THE GENIUS GFJDKGKDF!!! my friend and i watched season 1 for sunggyu and ended up falling in love with the show itself, and not least of all jinho (the open pass game sealed it). and sangmin and kyungran too, that final four was indeed perfect ;~~~; of course season 2 has been...less perfect

Really good! (even though I know nothing of poker)
Sunggyu was pretty much how I saw him in the game, underestimated, a little awkward and the ever adorable cluless looking maknae, but still steadily making his way.
First time I read of this pairing, even though I've been cooing at them since the Genius, you've made my day... Or night, whatever, loved it :D

WTF THIS IS SO GOOD i'm so mad i kept forgetting to come back for this (i actually remembered before going to bed the other day--reminded by sunggyu's 24 hrs butt wagging in diss is infinite, of all things--but forgot in the morning again slfkh) but wtf i feel like the genius left in me such a dearth of fic longing but somehow this was really satisfying?? EVEN THOUGH THERE'S SO MUCH LEFT IN THE AIR this is a pretty restrained fic, it's not indulgent, and yet deeply filling *____* i haven't read a lot of your writing still, but i feel like i'm forming an idea of your style. it's a different flavour than a lot of kpop fic, i think, in a great refreshing way umm like a delicate whitefish rather than salmon? something feels very necessary and carefully nuanced (or to continue the metaphor, ~seasoned~). it's softer than precise though ANYWAY i really enjoy the mood you create. it veers on a kind of literary i can't put my finger on--and i like the way it feels like you deliberately gloss the stuff that doesn't matter, the background going-

omg, this was so overwhelming to receive in my inbox ;;;; reminded by sunggyu's 24 hrs butt wagging in diss is infinite IS THIS MY REPUTATION NOW??? anyway, thank you for such nice comments and feedback! i often wonder how my writing comes across since i'm so submerged in it that i can't tell my own style, or flavouring i guess to continue the metaphor, so it's nice to read your keen observations. the same goes for characterization, too. "that line could've only been written by a stan" i'm so embarrassed but also i totally understand this now too ahahaha and it's good to know. and i was worried about writing jinho as too serious since he has such a goofy persona but i'm glad it comes out well here!
