I'm more of a BAP girl than the small stuff. I know that I won't finish some stuff for a year or two, but when it's done, it'll be really awesome. :)

Or, I could just be insane.

I've been working on a BAP for a good 2-1/2 years and am only about 1/2 way done... I see those tapestry like ones and run the other way ;) I'd rather buy the painting and hang it up. I think you must be crazy :P

Well, buying the painting would run me quite a bit more money than just stitching the darned thing. ;)

Besides, it's my way of watching TV. I can't watch TV anymore without doing something else. I get fidgety anymore because I've been xstitching while watching it for so long.

Half of the time when I watch a movie with my fiance, I have to be xstitching. It's a bit annoying sometimes, but then, I get so much accomplished. :)

If I can keep my pace up on the Triptych, I should finish it by the end of the summer.

What are you working on now? I've gotten some more done on the mermaids, yay! XD

Yeah, I added a lot more stuff into it.

I'm working on the Triptych right now and I'm just over 5 hours into it. I've decided that I'm going to finish up the castle before I go on to the DD Christmyths. I'm hoping that I get it done within the 5 hours so that I can start on the border, but I'm not crossing my fingers too much. I think I've got another 4-5 hours left for me this time around.

But the castle will be finished!

I'm getting excited to go onto the next panel. When I get there, I've got some questions for cross_stitch. I have to do some color changing. o.O

I added to mine now too ^_^ What have I done???

I can't believe you are almost done with that castle, that is a HUGE project, and it will be beautiful. Are you going to frame it and keep it for yourself when you are done? What colors are you changing?

What do you stitch on? I mean, do you have a Q-snap thingie or do you just hold it? I don't secure mine to anything to make it tight at all, and have thought it'd be a good idea for the beading especially. What do you think?

As of right this moment, I have about an hour left on the castle. I'm pretty happy with myself. I'll take a picture of it tomorrow and post it if I can. Finishing up the Triptych makes me happy ( ... )

Scary list you've got there, LOL.

I think I'll need to get a list of my own. The 2006 'done' list will be a poor show but I've got a few to fill the 'wip' list. The 'to do' list though........that's loooonnnnggggggg, heheh.

I've done Fire and ice twice now and it's crippled me both times. Haha. Black linen.......ARRGGHHHHH!!!

So cool when it's completed and framed though.

You've inspired me to make a photo list :)

Maybe in the morning though........time for me to hit the sack for tonight.

Thanks for the inspiration. Happy stitching!

It is scary!

But it isn't a One Year Plan or a Three Year Plan. It's more of a list of what I've got, what I've done, and what I want. I'll freeze it at the end of the year, and start up a new one for 2007. I think that it'll be a good way to keep track.

I may put the Wish List in a separate post, but I haven't decided on that just yet. :)

Glad that it gave you some inspiration!
