Congratulations on your engineerhood. You've been pushing forward and ever onward, it's inspiring to see.

I was thinking about you recently, actually. I have a young friend who's just beginning the journey you've been on (in his case microbio) and he's reminded me of you in a number of ways, or at least what memory I have. It's been a long time. He's been experiencing some turmoil, and I wondered if I could ask you some questions on his behalf.
