[Since the FFVI house has been looking a little empty lately, Setzer's decided the best thing to do is get out and about. He doesn't really have a destination in mind though, so feel free to stop him as he wanders rather aimlessly throughout the town.]

[If Kefka were part of the problem, perhaps. As it is, he just chooses to steer clear of the man as best he can.]

[Well poo. Though, surprisingly enough, Kefka is out of sorts for the same reason Setzer is. He's noticed the decided lack of Returners, and without the only ones that he sees as a worthy challenge to his greatness, he's feeling oddly mopey. Not that he would ever admit that to anyone. Least of all himself.]
