I feel you. Over the last six years Simon (being all feminist like) has definitely started to share the load. However, the thing that is hard is that initiative thing. I hope that Jim starts to share the load.

Yeah, Jim does fully share the load, and he's certainly changed a whole bunch in the last 3 years. But he's terrible at just doing it!
Probably my fault as there are definitely things he has done in the past that I've knit-picked over. I live in hope we will reach the happy medium.
