I am pissed. This does not happen very often. WHO has the power to do this? My family, of course. I just received a Christmas card from my sister. It was signed "Love Renee, Randy, Brent, Ryan, & NICOLE.That makes me wonder...who the hell is Nicole? I look at a picture and see a little infant I don't recognize. It's my NIECE! Would have ( Read more... )

Sorry...but you've got to admit, it is pretty funny. Imagine if they just signed it from Renee, Randy and Family...you might have over looked the fact that you had a new niece all together. You really should send your sister one of those shirts that says: World's Greatest Sister

***hands you two pennies***

Just remember...your nieces and nephew weren't able to pick who would be their parents and it's not their fault that they were created from a sperm and egg belonging to inconsiderate fools. They need their Uncle Brandon in their lives to grow up to be well rounded individuals in this society full of inconsiderate fools. Step above and beyond...be the better person. Visiting 3 kids may not be as fun as visiting Mickey, but I'm sure he would understand a missed visit. Besides...200 miles...what is that? like a two hour drive for you ;)

2 hours? If that long. heheh

I agree though, neither they nor Brandon should be cheated of 1 another. If I was not allowed to see my nephew, I think I would pretty much give up on life altogether.

Families do suck. But dont let your relationship with your sister hinder your relationship with your neice. I had to live through somthing like that and i wont ever forigve my mom from pulling me away from some of the most important people in my life.

I G2G Deal with some shit now so GL hit me up when you have a chance :)

I must agree families do suck on occasion. The broken remains of mine give me so much stress and anger that it is just ridiculous. Just look at the silver lining though, at least with the situation there is always a possibility for change it will just take a little work. There are many people who cant do that now and things will reamin the way they are now. Im not trying to rag on you, just saying to work with what you have before it cant be changed.

I just like people have a connection with their family. You dont appreciate until its gone, my dad me realize that when he decided to go screw it all up.

And i can realte to you not knowing about your niece but on a smaller scale. I didnt find out until 4 months after my sister law was pregnant and i saw my brother every day an dhe never told me. Hes a ass but thats beside the point =)
