*smiles* Thank you. He's grown up now and he will soon be leaving the nest. We felt that the talk was much needed. It's been a year since we actually sat down and talked like this. It's nice to know that he's mature enough to know that business is a very demanding mistress.

*smiles* Oh it as no trouble at all! Raphael was so patient with him, and I was happy to have him here. His inquisitive nature will prove hard to handle, but just remember that he is only a child once in his life and it will be gone before you know it.
