Wow... that's just fucking shit! I don't blame you for not being able to smle at work now its hard to smile when you're not respected by your co-workers and boss... (though you are the hottest eye candy I know ;) but you are more than that too). Hey there! I was going through my secondary list-of-people-who-I-don't-keep-track-of-but-keep-on-a-list and discovered you had resurfaced! So... I looked up your new journal and had added you on [you are welcome to do the same, of course].

That's really messed up about your job. I don't know how much of a stink you want to make to upper-management, but it might be a good plan to list out, as chronologically as you can, all the B.S. that has been going on, and craft a well-thought out and complete recap of the situation and of your expectations for your future with the company. No name-calling or put-downs, just the facts ma'am, just the facts. Basically question why you were passed over for others, play up your efforts and dedication to your job. If you're well respected by the CUSTOMERS, then they should be able to see beyond the crap that is going on at the District and Store Manager level.
