My son
William Blake Zawadzki was born at 5:36 a.m. on February 17, 2012 by c-section. At the time of his birth he was 20.5 inches long and weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces. He is healthy and I am still on the road to recovery in the hospital, where I will remain for another day or two. It was a very long and difficult labor and I haven't decided yet if I'm going to write more about it than that, since I'm not sure doing so would be genuinely helpful or edifying to anyone. But it was all worth it to have such a cool kid and to get to share this experience of parenting with dayzdark.
Photos and more info are forthcoming, but I did want to let you all know my current status. I apologize for not being able to update sooner.
