Iron Man and others
Seeing Ultimate Nick fucking Fury in the FLESH on the silver screen is the best thing, ever (plus he'll apparently be the Octopus in the upcoming Spirit movie?! Insane!). No disrespect to Bryan Hitch or anything. He's still cool.
That Avengers movie will be awesome to see when it finally comes out, but for now I'll settle with the mountain of comic movies coming out this year alone. We've got The Incredible Hulk in June and The Punisher: War Zone way in December but I'm eagerly awaiting The Dark Knight with everyone else. That movie will break records all around, especially after Heath Ledger.
