Amanda and I just got back from Lincoln Park Square. We ate at Costello's (great sandwiches), saw a movie, went to a bar and watched the last of the Cubs-Mets game alongside the Sox-Twins game. I made a little bet with her that I would buy her a Sox jersey if they made it to the World Series and vice-versa

I TOTALLY and completely agree about there being a Cubs and Sox showdown in the post season.

The White Sox btter get their ass in gear tho, becasue they are only .5 game in front of the Twins.

You're working hard, in order to fascilitate the things you want and need in life. I have so much respect for you, that I can't even say. I'm just about to start my new job, but I've also received some horrible financial news yesterday. In that, I may have to search for a second job (something I'd never wanted to do). Especially since it'll be near-impossible to coordinate two different retail jobs, in that each of them has a constantly-changing schedule. Unf. But I'm already used to not going out with folks very often anymore, seeing as I'm too broke. But if I need to get a second job, I won't even have time to do the hermit-type stuff... like play Xbox or watch TV. Oh lordie. -_-

I'm trying to get folks together for Olive Garden this Sunday night, hopefully you two can join us. I can't really afford it, but the unlimited pasta thing is ending after next week. Whereas the shrimp at Red Lobster, that goes on until November 10th. By then, I may actually be able to afford it (seeing as it costs twice as much).
