I did the first year of teacher training when they had the BA QTS at Warwick. I tought reception and year 2 and then went on to do Early Years. I love the kids and teaching I hate all the bureaucratic paper work (so don't ask me why I am now doing Social Work!!!!). I found it fustrating that lots of my ace worksheets weren't used but then there were two smart arses in my class that used to be finished 20 mins in (like just after introduction was over).
I was about to Freecycle my National Literacy/ numeracy strategies and National Curriculum and stuff because they are a few years old but if you feel they'll be useful to you to have a nose through then I can bring them around at some point.
