I have been away for 11 weeks now and have kept a list of books I've read. It doesn't seem that many but considering I can't read on buses without puking I'm doing ok. We're trying to avoid spending money on books, used or new, by trading the ones we've read whenever we find bookshelves in guesthouses or cafes, but the choice is often pretty dire.

was big in thailand when i was there. i thought he only existed fro travellers.

we've only got bloody jack johnson out of our heads. dido's also still big there, upsettingly
