I don't remember how much of an introduction I did here but I just started the kinetic personal trainer over again (for the third time) hoping to keep up with it this time, i'm actually getting pretty good results from the eyetoy in my new livingroom, I only have to move the futon out of my way to do it lol.

On top of the usual sequences it puts together, I do ab toning mon,wed,friday, and upper body toning tues, thurs, and lower body sunday, saturday.
