Silly Goose!

I just got done doing 15 minutes of DDR Extreme 2. And I did 40 crunches on my exercise ball...and that has been the first crunch or anything pushuppy/sittyuppy thing i've done since last october becuase of my back. I am TOTALLY proud of myself but I am still going to go easy with my back.

Exercise TV on demand? That sounds interesting. Is that a cable choice?

yes.

They have alot of good stuff like Yoga, Cardio, Walking, Sports training, Dancing, etc. Its really amazing.

Great job. i'm trying to do at least 30 minutes of DDR on my Kinetic off days. I was sweaty and panting by the time i hit 30 today, hopefully that will change with practice.
