I just got done doing 15 minutes of DDR Extreme 2. And I did 40 crunches on my exercise ball...and that has been the first crunch or anything pushuppy/sittyuppy thing i've done since last october becuase of my back. I am TOTALLY proud of myself but I am still going to go easy with my back.

They have alot of good stuff like Yoga, Cardio, Walking, Sports training, Dancing, etc. Its really amazing.
