There are several DDR games for the PS2! The ones I can think of are DDR Extreme, Extreme 2, and Supernova. I'm not sure if they might go by different names in your country?. You can buy the game with a dance pad if you need one, or without a dance pad if you have one already.

i have DDR extreme and extreme 2 on my ps2 and they are sooooooo much fun you won't even realize you're working out! i have a similar aversion to people seeing me when i'm working out. it helps to get the games ^^ i also do yoga dvd's and if you need suggestions there i highly recommend the power yoga series from gaiam (led by rodney yee). they are a serious workout and really fun ^^

Thanks for the advice :) Good to hear that it's fun, I guess that helps a lot if you want to work out. I'm going to check out the prices for DDR around here, and maybe I'll try it out :) I really want to learn yoga as well so if it's possible for a beginner to learn just from a dvd, I guess I should try that as well!

If you want to start a serious work-out program, I'd suggest getting Yourself! Fitness for PS2. It'll take care of all the annoying stuff like knowing when to increase your intensity, time, etc.

Sounds nice! Do you know if/where you can get that in europe? Because I don't think my PS2 can run american games.
Oh and doesn't eyetoy kinetic do the same?

I think it has only been released in N. America, but there is a PC version. I'm not sure if that helps?

I'm going to get back to DDR for the PS2. I lost some weight with it last year and then got lazy.

I have a modded softpad-- it's just like this one except the plywood is cut to the size of my dance pad. It works fantastic! No more softpad bunching up, but it also didn't cost a lot of money.

So it does work? :D
Thanks for the link, by the way. Gotta try that if I do buy a dance pad :)
